Ron Howe
Vice President of Operations
Ron has worked in the Waste Management Industry for over 30 years. Ron was one of the co-owners of Goodnough Trash Services in 1992. After selling his company in 1997 Ron became General Manager for one of the largest Waste Management companies in NY State until 2007. Ron brings to WeCare great management customer service skills, operational efficiencies, and knowledge of all OSHA, and DOT & DEC regulations. Currently the Vice President of Operations, Ron oversees all aspects of WeCare Transportations services at both the local and regional level for long haul, residential, commercial, and municipal customers. Ron was a key player in the launching of WeCare Waste & Recycling Services, the curbside collection division of the Company, operating in Cayuga , Seneca, and Tompkin Counties, NY. Ron continues to enhance and grow customer services and relations in the region.

After serving six years in the US Army, Greg began his career at WeCare in 1991, serving the organization in key management capacities on a variety of environmental remediation projects, as well as steering important sales initiatives in the promotion of WeCare products and services throughout the northeast. Greg is known for his patience and persistence in problem solving at every level, his oversight of regulatory compliance practices in the Company, and his common sense approach to achieving dispatching efficiencies within the organization, benefiting both customers and the Company alike.
